Origin have recently supplied Base Stools to Rola Wala in Manchester. A new fast food restaurant offering a modern British spin on India’s biggest street food flavour’s – a fusion of bold spices with the highest quality fresh ingredients available.

Origin’s Base stools were chosen for their modern aesthetic, clean forms and stack-ability. Combining with Rola Wala’s cross-cultural interiors, for a unique look that balances minimalism with a bold brand and refined character.

‘We developed the Base Stool Collection to offer a modern alternative to the ubiquitous plastic stools on offer. With the aim of improving the aesthetic, function and sustainable aspects of the design, all whist maintaining an affordable price point.’

‘It was nice when I arrived to Rola Wala to photograph the project to see the Base Stools neatly stacked up to one side whilst the floor was being cleaned. And now, after spending a fair bit of time with the products both at home and work, I have been pleasantly surprised at how useful they have become in daily life.’
